Repairs & Resizing

At our studio, we pour our hearts into crafting every single piece. However, we understand that accidents happen. If your jewelry happens to break within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly fix it free of charge. Please Contact Us to get the process started.

If it has been more than 30 days, we would still love to help by restringing or repairing it for you. If any beads/components are lost, we will assess the item and charge accordingly. In the event that we need to replace beads or components that are no longer available, we will let you know right away and suggest the best substitute. Please note that shipping costs for repairs to our studio are the responsibility of the customer.

RESIZING: If you need resizing for your bracelet or necklace, no worries at all! We'll gladly do it for you. Simply get in touch with us before you send the item back to us, so we can chat about your request. Don't forget to print out the form below and include it along with your item. 

Please Note: Turnaround time for repairs/resizing is normally 1-2 weeks, from the time the design is received in our studio.
