Returns & Exchanges

Rock My Wings accepts returns for exchanges only.  Custom orders and Close-outs are final sale, no exchanges, or refunds.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Use the Contact Us form to inquire about a return/exchange or for more information. 

Defective or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 48 of receipt of the shipment. A defective item can be returned for an exchange or like item.  Defective nature of the item will be determined upon receipt back to us. 

If you are not satisfied with your item, email us within 14 days of receipt to request a RA number for an exchange or the issue of a store credit.  We must receive your return within 7 days after we issue you an RA number. Return shipping cost are is the responsibility of the buyer unless an error was made on your order. 

Items may not be returned without a RA number.  Items received without a return authorization will be refused and returned to the sender. Use the Contact Us form to request a RA number.  

Items returned after 21 days from receipt are subject to an additional 25% restocking fee.  Merchandise received after 30 days will not be accepted. 

Items MUST be returned in the original condition they were received, including all packaging.  Any indication that the item has been used/worn and it will be returned to the purchaser.

Returning Your Package:

Once the RA number has been issued, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.  For your protection, we suggest you ship your return with tracking and insurance.  Rock My Wings is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during shipping.  Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the person returning the item unless an error was made on your order. 


If there is a quality issue or defect in your piece upon receipt, please contact us withing 48 of receipt, so that we may correct the issue. 

To get an item repaired, please use the Contact Us form.  Provide us with your order number, item number and the nature of the repair.  We may ask for pictures of the item to quote a repair price. 

Beaded jewelry in need of repair after 30 days of purchase are charged $20 restringing fee for bracelets and $30 for rosaries.  Lost beads are determined per item and charged accordingly.  Other repairs are quoted on a per items basis.
