RETURNS - EXCHANGES
At RMW, our utmost priority is your satisfaction. If, in any unlikely situation, you are not content with your newly purchased pieces or if there are any damages or breakages during the delivery process, we are committed to providing assistance and resolving the issue to the best of our abilities.
Please be advised that all SALE items, Custom Orders, and Gift Cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
THE PROCESS
(1) To initiate the return process, kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at the provided link. Please furnish us with your order number, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return/exchange.
(2) Upon evaluation, we shall issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number which is mandatory for processing returns. Please note, items lacking an RA number will not be processed.
(3) Return the items to RMW, ensuring that the original packaging is intact, including the box and pouch. Make a copy of your packaging slip and write the RA number on it and include it with the return.
(4) Postmarked returns must be shipped within 3 business days of the RA date.To ensure the safety of your package, kindly purchase tracking and insurance. RMW will not be held responsible for transit losses, damage or theft.
(5) When RMW receives your return package, we shall undertake a quality check. Please note that if the item(s) received is/are damaged or have signs of usage; we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange.
(6) Upon receipt of a valid return, RMW shall process your return within 3 business days. Kindly note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
(7) Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your original mode of payment.
