Yes, orders shipping to California will be charged sales tax.

We love keeping our regular items in stock! However, if something you want is sold out, don't worry - just get in touch with us and we'll let you know when it's back. Some of our designs are one-of-a-kind, but don't despair! We can discuss making something similar just for you. So please don't hesitate to Contact Us with any questions or special requests!

If you change your mind about your order, no worries! You can cancel it within 24 hours of your purchase. Simply fill out the Contact Us form with your order number. Please keep in mind that for custom orders, we can only accept cancellations before the design process begins.

If your order has already shipped, you can return it by following our return policy. We are sorry, but shipping fees can not be refunded, once the order has been shipped.

We do offer gift cards and they are an excellent option when looking for a last-minute gift or if you're unsure of the perfect design for your recipient. With our gift cards, your recipient can choose their own unique design that fits their personal style. We offer gift cards in a range of denominations to suit your needs.

Absolutely! Every Rock My Wings order is packaged in our signature boxes, perfect for gift giving. We're happy to include a personal handwritten note with the order.

The order will also include a packaging list, but don't worry - there's no pricing information listed! To include a message with your order, leave us a note during checkout.

Got a gift card or discount code? No problem! Just head to the "Checkout" page and you'll see a box on the right-hand side where you can enter your code. Once you've confirmed that it's still valid, your discount will be automatically applied to your order. Please remember that we only allow one discount code per order - and unfortunately, we can't combine gift cards, rewards points, or additional discounts. Just a quick note - our discounts don't apply to shipping or taxes.

We understand your anticipation to receive your new jewelry or gift, and we strive to process and ship orders from our studio in California within 3-5 business days. Please note that during peak sales periods, order fulfillment may take longer.

Our shipping method is USPS and we require a delivery signature for orders valued over $500. Expedited shipping options can be selected during checkout.

As an option, we provide expedited shipping for the majority of our products. At the point of checkout, you can choose your preferred expedited shipping method, which includes USPS Priority Shipping or USPS Priority Express Shipping.


However, please note that this does not accelerate the processing times of your order. If you require your jewelry promptly for a particular occasion, kindly contact us, prior to placing your order and we will make every effort to accommodate your request as quickly as possible.

In stock items ship within 2-3 business days. This may be a little longer during peak holiday seasons.

Please contact us if you need an item by a specific date, we are always happy to accommodate rush orders whenever possible. 

We will keep you informed of your order's progress by sending regular updates, including order confirmation and shipping details, to the email address you provided during checkout. To view your web order status and history online, you are required to create an account on our website. Please note that customers who have not registered will not have access to their online order status or history.

At this time we do not offer International shipping via the website. Please Contact Us to see if we can ship to your country.

We understand how frustrating it can be when carrier tracking systems are unreliable and you're eagerly waiting for your package to arrive. Sometimes, tracking information may indicate that your package is "In Transit". However, based on our experience, it usually means that it's temporarily held up somewhere within the carrier's system and isn't necessarily lost. Unfortunately, we don't have access to any additional tracking information other than what you can see.


If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please don't hesitate to contact us, We'll gladly provide you with the necessary information to file a claim with the carrier.


In case your package tracking information shows that it was delivered but you haven't received it yet, here are some steps you can take:

  • Reach out to USPS online or your local post office and report a lost or stolen package.
  • Check with your neighbors to see if it was mis-delivered to one of them.

Return & Exchanges

Our goal is for you to be thrilled with your purchase! But, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied or your order has arrived damaged, don't worry - we're here to assist you and make things right.

Jewelry Care & Repairs

To ensure proper care of your new jewelry design, please remove jewelry before:

  • Showering
  • Sunbathing
  • Swimming
  • Working out
  • Applying lotions, fragrances, or makeup 

Pewter:

Pewter will not tarnish like sterling silver; it will develop a darker color over time. if you want your pewter jewelry to have a shine, yu can polish it

  • Clean with a soft cotton cloth or soft polishing cloth made for jewelry.
  • Store in a non-tarnish bag 

Sterling Silver Plated Finish:

Sterling silver plate over pewter/brass/bronze with an antique finish.  Just like sterling silver, this finish will tarnish when exposed to air over a period of time. 

  • Clean with a soft cotton cloth
  • Do not use silver cleaners or treated polishing cloths, this will damage the finish
  • Store in a non-tarnish bag 

Sterling Silver .925:

Many of our sterling silver items have oxidized detail.  This allows the small details of the design to stand out.  For this reason, you cannot submerse your sterling pieces in a liquid cleaner, as it will remove the oxidization in the design. 

  • Clean with a polishing cloth made for sterling silver
  • Store in a non-tarnish bag

Gemstone Beads:

Use a smooth non treated cloth to gently wipe the beads.  Do not submerse the item in jewelry cleaner or water, as this will damage your design.  

Most of our designs are handcrafted from pewter. We only use lead & nickel free pewter.

A variety of materials are used in our handcrafted jewelry designs.  

  • Metal Findings:  Pewter, brass, bronze, sterling silver
  • Plated Finishes:  The highest quality finishes are used in our plating process. 
  • Chains: Brass, steel have been plated. Stainless steel
  • Beads: Gemstone
  • Genuine new and up-cycled leather
  • Antique Stones/Beads:  These items can me more than 50 years old. Many with vintage cuts to them.  Please expect inclusions in them, as they are not perfect do to their age.  This does not take away from the beauty of the design.
  • Rhinestones/Beads/Stones:  A variety of items are used to achieve the unique design.  These may include, glass, vintage, Swarovski® crystal or German/Czech made items. 

Absolutely! We are happy to resize your bracelet or necklace to fit your needs. Please Contact Us to get the process started.

In the event that we need to replace beads or components that are no longer available, we will let you know right away and suggest the best substitute. Shipping costs for repairs to our studio are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note: Turnaround time for repairs is normally 1-2 weeks, from the time the design is received in our studio.

At our studio, we pour our hearts into crafting every single piece. However, we understand that accidents happen. If your jewelry happens to break within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly fix it free of charge. Please Contact Us to get the process started.

If it has been more than 30 days, we would still love to help by restringing or repairing it for you. If any beads are lost, we will assess the item and charge accordingly. In the event that we need to replace beads or components that are no longer available, we will let you know right away and suggest the best substitute.
